How to contact customer support by chat

1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

You can find the chat under My Profile >Contact Forms
A green question mark should appear on the right side. Good luck.

If the green bubble does not work, you can contact them by facebook messenger. Of course, you will need to insist a little bit to have a real person talking to you, but it worked for me! Good luck! I hope you will solve your problem
