Did you already try to reboot the phone?

You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-multimedia-text-messages-why
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -

We're truly sorry to hear about this. Checking your account, I see that the line is indeed active and in good standing. I suggest in this case to reboot the phone as Mike suggested as well. Then, you can disable automatic network search and manually connect to Fizz EXT, then Fizz and test your services again.
Depending on your device, you will be able to do this from:
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Carrier → Fizz EXT then Fizz
