why fizz does not keep its words and refuses to pay my discount?

Do you see it in Profile => Referral bonuses? If yes, what is the status?11 -

As others mention, if you qualify for the referral credit, you will see it on your account:
My Profile >> Referral bonuses
The credit is unlocked after the new customer makes their second payment. Once it is unlocked, the credit amount will be applied to your next bill of that plan.
If you are having issue with the credit, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
