Home internet not working for one week?

Hi team, my internet has been not working for a week! The technician came last Friday and change the cabling but still I have no or just 2mb of internet, and intermittent!! It's painful!
Do you have any solution asap before I change the internet provider?
The last ticket who was checked by the fizz team was the 81712.

Oh, can you give me mobile data for free as a reparation, meanwhile? I spent almost all mine.
