Home internet not working for one week?
Hi team, my internet has been not working for a week! The technician came last Friday and change the cabling but still I have no or just 2mb of internet, and intermittent!! It's painful!
Do you have any solution asap before I change the internet provider?
The last ticket who was checked by the fizz team was the 81712.

Gerzain, that's an unfortunate situation you're in but since we are all users in this forum we can't help you directly. Contact customer support by logging in and accessing the green chat bubble or via Facebook Messenger.
As for your data, I don't have any to give but ask a separate question to this forum and I'm sure many people will sympathize with your and give you some. There is also a Facebook forum for data gifters and takers.8 -

Hi Gerzain. We are here only users like you. You have to contact Fizz support by chat or letting them a message on Facebook (see here https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us).
Also, see other messages concerning possible free data gift from other members. You have to agree, this feature you can't have if you change the provider!6 -
