How do I get the green bubble to appear so I can chat with a representative?
I went on the solution hub and searched for my issue and it still did not appear.

can you try with this instructions
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -

Patrick, there is also a Facebook Messenger option. Go on facebook, search for Fizz and send them your question.7

If the chat bubble doesn't appear, it means that all the reps are busy at the moment. You can send your inquiry by messenger. They will reply within a few hours.5

Have you been able to chat yesterday with the Fizz customer service?
To chat without problem:
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on:

Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.2 -
I’ve been communicating with Fizz via Facebook and they reply back within minutes.1

You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

You just need to access an FAQ, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the chat bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
