Me and my girlfriends have a fizz account. When I try to call her it goes to my voice mail and I can listen to my voice mail. When I call my number and press 1 to go to my voice mail I get an error message saying I don't have voice mail in my plan.
I think there is a setting problem on both our accounts because I might have use the same credit card to activate both sim cards. Can you fix that ? It's very annoying I can't call my girlfriend.

If that doesn't help, scroll down and chat with Fizz - there will be a chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen.9 -

To reach Fizz
First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

I can't open the chat, there is no bubble down to the right of the contact-us page (https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us) or the Solution Hub (https://fizz.ca/en/solutions).

With the help of the search tool, access the help FAQ related to your issue. The chat bubble will appear in the lower right-hand corner. You can try from another browser or incognito as well.
