Account settings problem

Me and my girlfriends have a fizz account. When I try to call her it goes to my voice mail and I can listen to my voice mail. When I call my number and press 1 to go to my voice mail I get an error message saying I don't have voice mail in my plan.
I think there is a setting problem on both our accounts because I might have use the same credit card to activate both sim cards. Can you fix that ? It's very annoying I can't call my girlfriend.

Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
