when i put my address on the site it says that its not available but i know my neighbor have videotron installed and videotron is fizz parent company so how can i enter in contact with some fizz people to fix this ?

    This happen with all the site or only a specific one?

    If this happen with all the site check the lead status

    If this happen only with a specific one did you try to change the DNS settings?


    You can also try to turn off the modem for 5 minutes,
