Are we talking for the residential internet or the mobile?
For the residential internet, did you return the modem? Do you have the receipt?
For the mobile, the refund is only available during the trial period.
Contact the support and see with them
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -

Never had any problems with Fizz charging money. Once cancelled an account of a relative - no problems either. Not sure what answer you are looking for on this community though :O4

Hi Owen,
I see that you had previously reached us in private and a colleague of mine had provided you with the unsubscription steps. Since you hadn't cancelled your Home Internet plan, it remained active and a new payment cycle started. You've reached us again a couple of hours ago via live chat and another colleague has offered you the steps to cancel your plan and the necessary FAQ link. You've already done that and your plan will be fully cancelled at the end of this day. As soon as you'll return the modem to us and once we'll have the confirmation that it has been received, you'll get an automated pro-rated refund issued by the system that will be visible on your bank statement in several days.
