Cancel & refund internet plan that was never installed!!!

I ordered home internet and a full installation for an extra 30$. The technician was not able to install my internet for reasons beyond my control and I couldn't reschedule another date with him to try to install again. I can't fathom that Fizz doesn't even have a phone number so I can explain my situation to someone. I am now trying to cancel my order and get a full refund of what I paid (for no service) but how the heck do I do this??????? This is the most enfuriating experience I have ever had to go through with a service provider. I'll certainly make sure to spread the word about Fizz!

Fizz is 100% online you need to chat with the support
Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.5 -
