Why my Payment not working ?

I missed my payment and I’m not able update it since the payment onglet is grey. Super frustrating we can’t talk to no one .

    Could you please verify with your bank to make sure that you have the necessary funds on your card and if they are not blocking the payment towards us? Our system will retry once again to process your monthly payment by the end of the day. For more details, please take a look at:
