If your modem doesnt work well, you need help and you must contact the support of Fizz on line by chat.
Please, Chat with them. Their service is available from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, get connected online to your Fizz account.
Then, Type this adress:

Wait to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session is beginning with them.

If you double checked the power connection and tried a different outlet and you still have no lights on the modem, contact support because it sounds like the modem is dead.2

Maybe everything is fried up, for wtv reason. I don't know how to prove it's not your fault =\2
