My modem is not turning on, what should l do?

    To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

    If your modem doesnt work well, you need help and you must contact the support of Fizz on line by chat.
    Please, Chat with them. Their service is available from 8h00 to 21h00.
    First, get connected online to your Fizz account.
    Then, Type this adress:
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    Wait to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session is beginning with them.

    Not normal contact them by messenger do you plug your modem on a power suply (protection)

    If you double checked the power connection and tried a different outlet and you still have no lights on the modem, contact support because it sounds like the modem is dead.
