unless they mistakenly enter your code when they opened their accounts. I used one when i registered. I see it is pending. Can you see in your profil if you have any credit pending? IF not check with Customer Service, they must have record of it9

I already receive some of them, the big problem is that sometime they will not use it.

Uh oh. Both of you should see the referral on your respective accounts with status pending.
Once the person you referred makes their second payment, your pending referral will be confirmed. In some cases, this happens just before their third payment.
When you have pending and confirmed referrals, you will receive an email confirmation from Fizz.
If neither parties have the referral, you will need to contact Fizz customer support.
Is it possible that your referral code contains easily mistaken numbers or letters such as "0", "O", "1" or "l"?

if there is none but you are sure that your friends have already paid their second month bills, contact Fizz directly. It can be issue during the "periode"8 -
