Frozen account?

It is unacceptable that I my account have been frozen for 5 days , while there are 2 credit card on file and no payment has been taken. I still have NO Service. Your help desk is not helpful what so ever, I was promised an update within 24 hours which I never got. I am seriously considering exposing this situation on Reddit as NO ACTION has been take by your company to resolve this issue.

This is very bad, since an error can happen, but when the error is not fixed is really bad

My payment is due the 1st , it's my first payment since subscription so i hope it will not happen to me!5

Cheap plan means cheap service, you really need time to get the solution, almost no service, that's why they reduce the price, good luck5

Fizz didn't put enough effort in support, it's worse than before with more non-trained employee. mobile service and regular price are both incompetent now. I really want Fizz can stay alive longer.4

Your can also send a message by facebook

You can also fill a contact form
From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)
Or a complaint to the CRTC at

When I had issues with my service not working, I had contacted support as well and they were completely unhelpful. If you want to take advantage of Fizz pricing you honestly have to be prepared to basically have poor support.
I ended up filing a complaint with the CCTS and someone contacted me within 24 hours and within about 3 weeks I ended up getting a full credit and a free month service for my efforts. I would highly advice contacting the CCTS as suggested and at least you can be sure that something will be done. Posting here in the forums really doesn't do much, Fizz doesn't really respond to anyone in the HUB, they just tell you to contact them via Support.1 -
