Cann't add a second Visa card in payment method or delete the first one

first, I tried to add a second Visa card to Payment Method, however it shows that I have reached the limit, so I can not add a new Visa card;
then, I tried to delete the first Visa card, but it shows that I can not delete my first Visa card because it associates with an active plan,
So how exactly change payment method with a new Visa card? I can not add a new card or delete the previous card? need help

    You need to contact Fizz.

    I have reset the limit for your account. I strongly recommend you to delete your cookies or use a different browser. Also you will need to check again all the info of your credit card. I remind you that the billing address needs to be the same as the one you have declared at your bank.
