Not too much you can expect from Fizz9

They have Quebecor Media money, They can afford to compensate use for their screw ups8

Try it and let us know8

I heard that PM had a 3 days of downtime and they only gave customers an apology. So 10% off + 2Go is pretty good.
You can always go to another carrier.

I guess it's not so bad, since they don't even "have" to give us anything. Also, the reason why the prices are low initially is because Fizz is developing the network and thus downtimes can be expected. So technically it's like 2 compensations (3 if you count the 1gb perks) for possible downtimes which occured only once..11

We all understand your frustration. The best way to send a message is to port your number out to another carrier, if you truly feel that way.8

I must admit that I was surprised to get the 10% discount and the 2X 1GB perks... So I can't say i'm unhappy8

I was a little upset about the suspension of referral policy during the stabilisation and right before I was ready to port my second number to Fizz.Other that that I'm pretty happy with current prices8

I'm saving $30 a month compared to before with Fido, not to mention the data report, the 10% discount on 3 months due to outages, the reference bonus that I received before it was suspended. Nothing comes for free...7

i know that seb, but corps need to know when not to screw people around.5

Lucky , Dot is about as good for pricing. it is not like fizz is the only option for great deals5

I'm pretty sure that you came to Fizz for the price and some other options that other carrier don t offer ( like roll over data ) and you also knew that they were new cie but nothing is perfect hein !4

Beta prices was the best way to go for fizz. I had too many problems. Whenever you have a problem just fill a complaint with CRTC. We are customers not lab rats. The fuzzy bubble chat wasn't able to give a solution for my problem so CRTC "gave"me a month for free.4

There's no perfect answer. The amount of compensation expected is directly related to the a person's need to have stable service for his/her daily needs.6

and you you were saying something about "Not providing Preferential Treatment" Whizz?4

You brought up a great point Nicoleta, I have just filed a complaint with the CRTC/CCTS. And Corina, If that is truly the case, then why has Fizz failed to resolve my issue?4
-
Fizz is reported to the CRTC/CCTS and to the media.
I only wanted Fizz to honour the agreed upon rate for May 8. Now they will give me at least one free month of service.4 -
Hey Whizz,
After two weeks trying to find a solution with the fizz romanian team I gave up and I had to ask for my rights. Fizz is a big company having Videotron support and I am not supposed to care and understand the internal or technical problems. As I said, I am a customer and I want to get the service I pay for. I had no complaints for the beta plan but when you ask full price I want full service and no headaches. Do your job you are paid for and I will be a good customer.4 -
I tought the compensation was pretty fair . Other carriers have downtimes and the compensation they give is even less than what we got4
