My voicemail stopped working keeps asking me to enter my phone number. When will it be fixed?
(Fizz closed my previous question about this, I didn't - and they closed my ticket complaint question). I'd like them to provide some reference to a ticket that they are actually going to fix this problem.

As I mentioned I already contacted them...
they say they know it doesn't work and have been "fixing" it for months... ?!
Apparently voice mail does not work on Fizz-Ext, but I don't see that listed anywhere so that you know that before you buy.
The other annoying thing is aside from just not working - it plays the fizz customer stuff to the people that call you - so it actually plays the weird message to someone calling you (the message only you should hear saying "enter a phone number...its not recognized...").3 -
Yes this is a big issue and it's taking them forever to fix, I don't see them getting out of this 'testing period' anytime soon6
