SIM cards not received. Why?

I paid for 2 SIM Cards since 23 days and until today I did not receive them. Will you send them or reimburse me?

    You can follow the steps on this page if you didn’t receive your SIM cards https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-ordered-sim-card-but-havent-received-it-what-do-i-do. After you can contact Fizz via the chat bubble on the page during opening hours.
  • NO they won't. What you can do is contact fizz by "my profile --> contact us". If they agree to refund you, just order new one.
    Or if old one is not delivered and get returned, refund will be automatically applied and you'll get notification.

    Usually it takes 2 days to receive the sim

    Recently different people reports stolen SIM cards.
    However, go on
    - My profile - Order History - See Details
    Find the shipping number
    If the delivery us flagged as delivered but you did not receive it.
    - Check that the delivery address is correct
    - If the courier cannot correct your delivery
