Why can't I pay for my SIM card? The page always jumps to the login screen.

Whenever I go to the payment link, the system jumps to re-login.

aujourd'hui j'ai le même problème avec firefox, cependant, le deuxième essaye a fonctionné.
Donc, si pour toi c'est la première fois que tu as le problème avec le nettoyage de la cache ou modalité prive tu devrais être capable de résoudre.5 -
What browser are you currently using? I had some difficulties on chrome, but then shut down a few of my tabs and the hiccups went away.4

Like others said, use a different browser, clear cache, use incognito mode. if nothing works, try contacting Fizz directly. You can go to the solution hub (make sure your adblocker is off), wait 15 seconds and a chat bubble should appear on the bottom right corner.

I use Google Chrome and it works fine. Have you tried disabling your ad-browser if you have one?4
