Not receiving all texts for last 4 days

I tried contacting FIZZ via Facebook 48hrs ago (no response) and the chat bubble never ever opens up (even with all blockers closed) Done all the trouble shooting suggested aswell. Not a new customer either.

Same issue with SMS on the last few days. Sometimes not receiving, sometimes not able to send.
Just this morning 27 Jan at 7h30AM I was not able to send SMS.1 -
maybe try updating your phone ?0

I have done all troubleshooting. Yes I've updated.1
