Why is my data only working on Videotron server?

Hi! I've been using my Fizz sim card for a week now, and I can call and text but cannot use my data...I followed the steps for the configuration of the NPA (and I triple checked!), but I do not have any "LTE" connection. My brother tried to help me and realized that my data only works when my phone is on the Videotron network.
I used to be with videotron, but I cancelled my account months ago...anyone know what I should do? Is it a bad idea to use my data anyways as is?

Fizz is owned by Videotron so it’s normal to be on Videotron network.13

Technically you should be on the Fizz network (which belongs to Videotron). It's probably fine as is, but you could ask Fizz via text message / chat to be safe.14

Oncs you add the Fizz NPA, don't forget to select the Fizz NPA at the end. Did you restart your device?10

Phone should be able to auto select once NPA is added. But, yeah...try a reboot to see if it helps...10

I only see Fizz in Ottawa side (I live 2km aways from river, so it's very close to QC). No videotron, I do see Videotron in my other sim card when I search signal.5
