It has been 11 days and that status was set to shipped but never delivered? How do I get the sim car
I have been waiting for 11 days(since november 30th) for my sim card to be delivered but it has not been delivered. What should I do? I have payed for the sim card yet it has never been delivered(11 days of waiting). Most of my friends even my neighbors that in the same building complex have gotten their sim cards a lot earlier. My order ID is :

In your account, you can go to 'my profile' and find 'contact forms' to submit a complaint if the chat bubble is impossible to find. Or you can reach them via Facebook messenger.8 -
If it's being shipped by Canada Post, then there is currently a rotating strike going on, I'd recommend giving it one more week and if you haven't received it by then, contact them using Facebook Messenger to get the status of that sim card. I had to wait 2 weeks to get my sim card. Cheers, if you have anymore questions, let me know and I'll probably my best to assist you.8

I took a look into your account and it seems as there was a bad address entered, so the SIM cards were not delivered. I would suggest you order a new SIM card with a different address or have it shipped to a friend or family member to ensure you receive it this time. I also sent you a private message in regards to the next steps.

I also have this problem... I've ordered my first sim on November 28th and the second sim (due to having talked with customer service and them notifying me that I'd get a refund once I received the new sim) on Dec 18th. I understand it's the holidays and the strike and all, but a month of waiting seems a bit odd. I've received other letters in a shorter timeframe than this. What should I do?0
