Why I cannot dial to 1 number in particular?

I transferred to Fizz yesterday. I am able to place calls and receive calls, however, I am not able to dial one number in particular. It states that the call cannot be completed as dialed and to check the number.
I can call that number from other land lines and phones, just not with Fizz.

The number you're trying to dial starts with which prefix? Is it a 1-800 number?8
-
It starts with 514.8

Is there anything special about that number? Like is it a fax? Is it a pager? A VoIP number?8
-
It is from Ooma.
I noticed that they person can call my number, but I cannot dial theirs.
The weird thing is that I have a VoIP number for my land land line which I have no problems dial to.8 -

Thank you. Can you please send me the ticket number? Or, how do I see the status of the ticket?8

Any update? I have not received any emails and it is ridiculous that I cannot call a local 514 number.8

More than a week and still no update.8

Another week with no update. Is it still an issue?8

If it is still an issue, it's probably because you are trying to reach an Ooma number which is a VoIP provider. It should get fixed eventually but it's probably not a high priority.7

I’ve dialed other voip number and they work. And you are saying that a mobile cell company is not giving priority to making phone calls? If this is the case, they need to revisit why they are in business.7
