Price change when trying to add voicemail
Hi, I currently have a 0 GB Québec only calls & text plan for $17.40 which is decreased to $15.40 with the bonuses.
I want to add voicemail, but the plan I already have is inexplicably set at $18 (which then becomes $19 with the voicemail) I don't get where the extra 0.60 is coming from. A smile has probably started creasing your face as you read this, but know that it's more about principles than penny-pinching lmfao. I don't want to hand over even half a cent more than I have to to a telcom and I want to make sure there isn't some asterisk trap I'm not seeing.
Just to confirm, changing a plan like this won't mess up the bonus cards I'm currently using, or decrease the ones I get later (by "resetting" the "loyalty" counter)?

Hi, you can't add features to an existing plan.
You're essentially switching to a new plan with whatever features you choose, under the current pricing available, which might differ from what was available when you subscribed before.

Hi, when you change something about your plan, the current price replaces the price. There are taxes and 911 fees.
In Quebec, it's now $21.00 plus $0.55 for 911, plus tax.

Fizz plan prices are locked until you change your plan and you need to change the plan to add voicemail

Thanks for the clarification
