@whizz please help stope my identity verification requirements

Every time I change my SIM card I need to get my identity verified
It is nonsense that this allows this to happen before 8pm which is unacceptable
Can you please get my sim swapped so I can activate my new eSIM because my phones been stolen and it’s possible my banking etc is at risk
