Trying to port out to Koodo

I'm trying to movie my line to Koodo but it looks there is a problem in the process, they have used the IIMEI number and the Fizz account number but it has not been successfull.

I am sorry to hear that.
I have verified the account, and the plan has been been deactivated, as the transfer order to the other provider has been registered and finalized succesfully.
You can check the plan and see that it is deactivated at My plans.

If there's a big offer w them right now, maybe it's heavy demand? Keep trying periodically for sure
