system glitches
I've experienced many system glitches over the past few weeks. Have others had similar issues? Assuming so, please share.
The three most recent events for me:
(1) the system is not letting me view part of my account because it claims I don't have a mobile account, yet I do.
(2) I haven't been able to transfer data to another user (FIZZ reps incorrectly claimed, among other things, that my daughter's account does not have data, yet it does).
(3) I was shown ANOTHER USER'S PERSONAL INFO (it's not someone I know, and I'm not a hacker).
Fizz quickly closed that discussion and, surprisingly, never got in touch with me to try to figure out what/how things went wrong.
I've been a satisfied Fizz client for many years, but I must admit that a significant privacy breach that isn’t thoroughly investigated raises serious concerns. I sincerely hope this is just the result of temporary system upgrades or other transitional issues that can be quickly resolved.
BTW, I spent over an hour dealing with Fizz Chat 'representatives' for each individual issue, but they appeared to have very limited ability to do anything beyond repeating scripted responses. I asked for a techy to get in touch but that doesn't seem to be an option. If someone knows how to get in touch with "higher level support", please share.

I am sorry to hear about the experience you had lately.
That sounds incredibly frustrating and concerning, especially the part about being shown another user’s personal information. Data privacy is not something that any company should take lightly.
For the first two issues you described I see that a ticket was just opened a few minutes ago to our technical team.
They will handle the investigation and make sure that this situation is handled accordingly.
As for the third issue you described please contact us on social media or by email to discuss it since that is very sensible information.

Haven't seen the first issue exactly, but whenever I have trouble with viewing pages in account going back to overview or waiting a bit usually solves it.
For your 2nd issue, did you try to gift by number ? I had a similar issue where user wasn't found with referral code or email

(1) the Fizz reps requested I try with different browsers, but the problem remains.
(2) I tried gifting to a number, the same number I've used when gifting previously a handful of times (it's my daughter)0
