URGENT SECURITY issue(s)

I am shocked that, when logged in to my FIZZ account and doing a search about how [FIZZ service] works, that some other person's "chat" is being displayed on my screen. It's not someone I know, but I'm being shown her PERSONAL INFORMATION (including name, cell#, etc) and I find it completely unacceptable and would like to know how common this might be.
Here is some of the info that is being shown (I removed her cell# because that should be private).
Please message me if it's happened to you since I suspect that this chat will be closed (or purged) soon after it's posted.

    Hello @Simon,

    Thank you for letting us know about this.

    I want to inform you that this is most likely a technical issue with the platform. From the information we have available at the moment, this shouldn't be a common issue at all.

    I can assure you that the situation was escalated to our dedicated department. They will handle the investigation and make sure that this situation is handled accordingly.

    We appreciate your understanding in this situation.

    Have a good one!

    Hi @Whizz or other! Please let me know how this is happening. I am not a hacker yet someone's info is on my screen. Contact me directly if theirs anything you need of me (such as her whole chat, tel#, etc)

    Hi again @Whizz (or other),
    I'm going to be closing my browser window soon so, if you'd like any details that might be lost once my PC is shut down, now is the time to ask

    This is weird… and a bit scary!

    updates:
    (1) I have not been contacted by anyone at Fizz (cell, email, chat), which I find rather disappointing considering that keeping people's personal data "secure" should be considered highly important;
    (2) I contacted the person who's information I was able to view and she confirmed:
    [a] that the chat was legitimate and took place this afternoon (as per date/time stamps)
    [b] she'll get in touch with Fizz to ensure that "resolving" this type of issue should be a priority

    @Drizzt : I fully agree that this is rather scary, and I hate to think that my info may very well have been transmitted to others over the years ... ... hence why they (Fizz) should be doing everything they can to know how often does this kind of "glitch" happens, and how to fix it.
