Fizz is testing new équipement but I cannot say more than that since I don’t have any information0 -
Reboot all week for help for best performance.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and they were a bit off a few days ago but everything appears to have been remedied.
The first step in resolving any internet related difficulties is to perform a network diagnostic at home. If you have not yet finished the 2-minute network scan, please proceed as follows:
To begin troubleshooting, take these steps:
Place yourself near to your modem.
Open the Fizz Wi-Fi app in Overview and press the three dots in the upper right corner to access the application menu.
Select More
Select "Fizz support"
►Tap "Tools and support"
Follow the instructions and grant all permissions until you reach the feature page, at which point you should click on Network Scan. Allow the 2-minute scan to complete (do not dismiss the program or try to see messages or notifications during this time). Please return to this discussion after the scan is finished.
I saw you did a scan but that was about 3 weeks ago, and another more recent one would help our team check if there`s any recent issue on your side.
