Hi, in order to process Fizz app speed test, I had to disconnect the router attached to the Fizz Modem/router. I reset the Fizz Modem/router to factory defaults and resinstalled internet. I ran the Fizz app speed test and results are 112 Mbps download and 61 Mbps upload. My subscription is for a 400 mbps download. This suggests a problem with the Fizz Modem/router - could this be the end of life for this equipment and should be replaced with a brand new unit?
