mobile network /network operators/ scan neworks, n nothing. get registered on netwok, not working

    I will repeat here my steps please let me know which one you did

    It seems that you lost the authentication

    Try to reboot the phone

    or

    put in airplane mode for 30 seconds

    or

    change the network operator and after put in automatic again

    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

    or

    Remove the SIM and reinsert

    The @Whizz here stated that you don't have any problem in your account
