I verified your Fizz account, and I noticed that you have multiple mobile plans associated and all of them appear to be active.
Please remove your sim card, insert it back and restart your phone. Also, please make sure that your phone is update to the latest OS version available.

It seems that you lost the authentication
Try to reboot the phone
or
put in airplane mode for 30 seconds
or
change the network operator and after put in automatic again
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

Hi, Close your phone completely and or put it in airplane mode and take it off and see if it works.
Go to your account on fizz.ca and see if your plan is activated. Check that your credit card is still valid, etc.
Communicate with support.

I forgot you can also remove the SIM and insert it back
