Internet Plan Change Request Cancelled A Few Days Before The Next Bill Cycle
On September 5th, I changed my internet plan from a 120Mbps plan, which I currently pay $52 before tax, to a 200Mbps plan priced at $44 before tax. Shortly after the change, I received a formal Home Internet Services Agreement detailing the updated payment of $44 with 200Mbps for the next bill cycle on September 22nd. However, today, I received an email from Fizz stating that my change has been cancelled, saying that the 200 Mbps plan is no longer available. Can anyone help me?

Hi, The 200 package has been withdrawn.
It no longer exists. Now, it's 30 - 60 - 400 - 500 and 940 mbps.

It doesn't matter that is not exist currently. There are many other customers with that plan. Fizz should still follow the Service Agreement.
@Whizz please intervene urgently.
