you need to activate
- Log in to your Fizz account.
- You should see a tile with your order details in the Overview section. If not, go to My settings > Order history.
- Activate your modem. It will then switch to the speed associated with your plan.

Is it a new installation or a plan upgrade?
Because if it's the later, your new speed will only be effective at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

For installations without a technician, after you receive your modem, you need to activate it manually. It seems like fatou_MDJJM provided the steps, however I noticed your modem is activated at this point.
Once the modem is activated and configured through EasyConnect, please proceed with a new speed test, and if the issue persists, contact us privately using this FAQ.
