My service should be 400Mbps download since a few days ago when my new speed plan started. Instead is only 240Mbps as before. I'm connected with ethernet cable to modem. Can someone verify?

I rebooted the modem, made no difference. The chat robot is clueless and no other customer service agent showed up until now.

Yeah it probably hasn't kicked in yet. It too 1 day for me to see the difference. Reboot usually works

    Hello mouseontherun,

I am sorry to hear about this situation. I just verified the signals of your modem and they seem to be alright. The modem appears to be provisioned with the right speed, however, I will re-provision it now.

Please note that the connection will be down for a few minutes so don't worry.

    Have a good one!
