That worked but I shouldn't have to open it like that to chat with someone

Hello lkreglewsk,
Thank you for reaching out.
I can see that you reached out to us via live chat 2 times on Wednesday, both reaching customer service, however, it took some time, as there may have been a lot of customers who accessed the live chat in that interval.
Since the incognito page worked and you were able to contact customer service, I would suggest deleting the browser's history, cookies, and cache memory, then trying to get on the live chat from a normal browsing window, while being logged into your Fizz account.
In theory, it should work, as the incognito window is just a browsing window that is not affected by those mentioned above.
We are looking forward to chatting with you.
Have a good one!
