My internet down for no reason and I can not find the Live Chat customer service

    Please try it yourself first, I tried this page, both 'Chat with an agent' and 'Message fizz' buttons have no reaction. I which further there is no Hyperlink behind those buttons? How i suppose to click on buttons with no hyperlink?

    I tried it before making my post and it worked perfectly. They are javascript programs, as is normal on modern websites.

    Sorry to hear about this current situation.
    After verifying in my tools I was able to see that there is a temporary unavailability of the service in your area. We are aware of the situation and our technicians are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
    My advice will be to try to restart the modem from time to time, in order to verify your connection. For this, you need to unplug the power cable for minimum 30 seconds. After that, plug the modem back into the electrical outlet and expect about 3 minutes for the devices to fully reconnect to the network.

    If the situation persists I recommend that you test from other browsers and devices.
    You can also try private/incognito page and clear the cookies and cache from the browsers you use.
