My Volte LTE card does not work
I got the new card todasy, did the activation on line using the code on the card.
Rebooted the phone a few time but get an X where the LTE network should be.
I tried to select the LTE network manually in my phone but it will not work either.
Getting, impossible to connect. I've trying for 30 minutes to connect.
My phone says it is compatible,
Networks
4G network
Dual SIM use:
Both SIM slots are compatible with 4G, and support 4G VoLTE in both slots simultaneously.
Supported network bands
4G:
FDD-LTE: B1 /2 /3 /4 /5 /7 /8 /12 /17 /20 /28A /28B /66
TDD-LTE: B38 /40 /41
What else can I do?

Try to reboot your phone (if not done yet), reset Network settings (attention it will erase all the current WiFi and Bluetooth connections) or try to activate Airplane mode for 2 minutes.
If these steps don't help, contact customer support.

I finally got to chat with support and they fixed my issue by reseting my SIM card and I rebooted the phone.
On LTE VoLTE now :)
