Need a new modem since thunderstorms
Hello!
We had a huge thunderstorm and a lightning strike close to my appartement. Since then, the modem won’t even start. I tried to plug it into different electrical outlets without success. It seems that it got impacted by the electric surge. All my other devices connected to the same UPS battery are working perfectly.
How can I get another internet modem to replace this defective unit?
