Camera issue A52
Hello
I bought from fizz around a month ago a samsung A52 5G . It was ok at first but then i started having issues with the camera. The back camera would work sometimes but as soon as I would flip it to selfie mode it would crash. Or whenever I would use an app like Snapchat the camera will also stop working. I have already passed the 15 day of return so it is too late to return it now. I have also tried everything and spoke to a samsung agent by chat. They told me to to go their center for an examination. But i am on a tight budget right now. What can I do? I need the camera.

It should be still on warranty.
Preloved phones have 6 months warranty and new ones 1 year.

Which reason should i select it for ? I see issues that do not incluce camera rather it is stuff like Battery issue, overheating, freezing screen..? So i am scared they would deny it

Try to follow the guide. I think it's step 6 Physical damage:

Hello elxa ,
Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please return the phone for warranty purposes so our team can check what`s happening.
If you don`t find a suitable option for the issue - please use the option with Physical damage and write the issue specifically ( as you have a box in which you can enter the details on why you want to return the phone ).
To return the phone for warranty purposes go to My phones - Return phone and select the Warranty option.
More details can be found here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-need-know-returning-my-phone
