Why is not possible to talk with an agent??
Since yesterday night I am trying to communicate with a person and it is imposible. I followed the advised that here some people kindly recommended. The chat is not available to write, only answered more than an hour later. What I should I do to solve this issue, because I dont have service in the phone. Thanks in advance for an assistance.

Sorry to hear that you have had issues with the services, but from what I saw you managed to contact our agents on Live chat which helped you further and created a ticket to address the situation you`ve encountered.
While we do understand that it might be a bit frustrating at times to reach our customer service, please note that we are a 100% digital-only company, but there are many more other contact methods ( social media for example ) , where you can reach our team.

To me the option to talk with agents by chat is much more efficient than traditional phone customer service. I like Fizz for that.
