Issues returning phone
Hi there,
Not sure of anyone has experienced this--I'm in my 15 day window to return a phone I purchased. When I go through the return form, I get stuck at the part where I need to Save my shipping address. I click the Save button and it refreshes the page and doesn't proceed further.
I contacted support, and they opened a ticket to investigate after troubleshooting the problem (cleared cache, used incognito, used browser on phone and laptop). I asked the support person what happens if they don't resolve the issue in 15 days? Could they not open a return ticket for me? Apparently the response was, 'the ticket should be resolved soon'.
Hoping someone experienced something similar :S

As Sébastien code ZXEL1 has said, if you have a ticket open on the subject of the return of your device then the countdown will be stopped and once it is resolved you will be able to return the phone without an issue.
Keep a lookout on the email you used for your Fizz account as we will contact you through it once we have a response from the technical team.

you opened a ticket I think the date of the ticket that was made to protect you from 15 days

As @Sébastien code ZXEL1 said, as long as the ticket has been opened before you should be fine... better making sure of that with customer support tho... so you also have a written proof of it...
