Issues with Modem

Hello everyone, I need help ! My modem keeps jaming. I have already done multiple resets, I do a restart almost every 2 days. Its keeps jaming. both wifi and the internet by ethernet jam. Is there any way to have my modem exchanged ? who can I email ? should I try to use a wifi router like a tplink for the wifi ? Thanks for the help.....

    The only way is contacting the support, and follow their troubleshooting, when they try everything, they can exchange the modem :(

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
