Hi Kevin, check in your account. You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.
If there was an error during the first delivery, you can request a 2nd delivery. But if, after tracking your account and because of the delay, you find anything wrong, contact customer service who can help you. Go to this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, to your right, click on it and then another click. You can chat with support.
It doesn't show up on my order history. Why is that. I ordered a phone on October 20 now it's October 27.
@Kevin_92 did you ever get this rectified? I am dealing with the same issue now and not getting anywhere. Ordered and used Paybright, got the confirmation from them, but Fizz says they cancelled my order and are now investigating...
