Never got refund - wifi modem

I got a notification that my modem was received, however I was never refunded.
When is the refund processed?

Refund for what?
The modem is given to you at no cost.
Did they charge you the 225 fee for not having returned it on time?

Hi Rachel, if it's a modem that you returned late and charged to you, here's the info.
Once the modem has been received by Fizz, you should allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive the refund. That of the number of modems/refunds they have to process.
You can also check from your account: my settings/transaction history. The transaction will also be visible on your credit card within a few business days after the refund.
Keep your modem return receipt until refunded.
