I suddenly lost my internet connection. Modem is not receiving a network. I have rebooted the modem to no avail. I have tried replacing the coax cable no to avail.

Hi, if you have tried restarting it with no result. If it's your internet connection and not just wifi, so
Try doing a "reset" to put it back to factory settings.
a) With a paper clip, push it into the small cavity behind the modem
b) Wait 15-20 seconds
c) The modem will reset and reconnect to the Fizz network but with the original networks.
d) You will need to reconfigure your modem/router
