Blocked SIM card
My mobile plan was suspended and my Sim card blocked. I was sent a “PUK code” to unlock it, but I don’t really understand how to use it. I now only have 1 attempt left, or else I will need to order a new SIM card. I can currently use my data and send text messages as well as receive calls, but I can’t receive them… What can I do to solve this problem?

Please restart your phone and test the line again.
