Replacement of the old sim card.

A few days ago I got an email saying that I needed to replace my sim card in order to take advantage of the new Lte network.

So...I ordered the new sim card ...and while I was on Fizz website I decided to change plan and get a few more Gb ....the new plan cicle unfortunately is starting today.

I'm saying unfortunately because when I received the new sim I activated it....followed step by step procedure...I swooped it with the old one...and....nothing...No service.

Apparently ther was a conflict because I changed plan...cmon...

So, today I tried again, since my new plan just started....and ..nothing works.

Trying to chat with a rep for the 10th times and many hours of waiting....but nothing yet.

I need this to work since is my son's phone....don't know what to do anymore
